RULES OF THE CRÈCHE
- Créche remains open for ten hours (8:30 A.M. To 6:30 PM.) Caregivers in charge will receive the creche babies from parents/guardians till 11 A.M. After 11 A.M main door will be closed.
- For utmost safety of the child, the guardians during drop off & pick up of the child will have to go through biometric security system. In case the electronic system is not working due to technical reasons, parents/guardians will have to sign an attendance register during drop off & pick up of the child showing date and time as indicated in the register Book.
- For hygienic reason no visitor is allowed to enter the créche rooms and dining hall and offer any eatables to babies during the working hour.
- All belongings of a child like utensils, personal Clothing, bags, Tiffin boxes, umbrella, rain coat, pencil boxes must be marked with name of the child by ink and paints.
- Birthday parties of créche children may be celebrated with the prior intimation to Centre Head or Centre Executive.
- Any kind of present to children of the créche from the visitor other than parents will be accepted only through the Centre Head or Centre Executive.
- Any kind of gifts to caregivers and Chowkidars are strictly prohibited to avoid discriminate treatment of babies by them.
- Every day caregivers will clean the créche rooms after the créche is closed, Hence, Parents are required to take their babies home within 6:30 PM. positively. In case of unusual delay parents will have to pay extra charges of Rs.100/- (hundred) per hour.
- For the safety of children fencing gate will remain closed during the departure time. Parents/Guardians are requested to wait in the waiting room to take their babies from Caregivers.
- Parents/Guardians are requested to take the initiative for changing of used clothes by their children in the creche once in every week (Saturday).
- Children are not allowed to wear any kind of gold ornaments (ear-ring, chain, ring etc.) while in créche.
- Any baby/ child suffering from any infectious diseases or with temperature will not be allowed to attend créche as there is no arrangement to look after sick child in the créche.
- No child is allowed to leave the créche premises during the créche hours without the permission of the Centre Head or Centre Executive.
- Only authorized person must come to take the child back home at the end of the créche hours. If any other person comes to take the child he/ she must bring identity card of the child and a letter from the parents to that effect.
- In case of the damage of the creche property by a student or a group of children fine will be charged from parents/guardians depending upon the nature of the damage.
- Parents/Guardians are requested to inform créche authority of any change in their residential address and phone number.
- To maintain discipline, decorum and development of the créche sincere cooperation and suggestion from parents/guardians are always welcome.
- Any kind of private deal with caregivers or Chowkidars or any other staff by parents/Guardians will be considered as illegal and the Authority has the right to ask the parents/Guardians to withdraw the baby from the créche immediately to maintain the discipline and decorum of the créche.
- In some special occasion sucn as Bihu, Christmas day, Durga Puja, Id etc, if parents/guardians want to give some gifts to caregivers and Chowkidars in recognition of their sincere work that can be allowed through Authority only but not directly to caregivers or Chowkiders.
- During the working hours caregivers are not allowed to use their cell pnones. They should deposit their cell phones to the office in charge of supervisor.
RULES OF THE SCHOOL
- School fees must be paid within 10th of the current month to avoid late fine.
- Students are expected to be punctual in school. At 9:15 am the school gate will be closed.
- Tiffin fees must be paid to the office Assistant ( Tiffin in-charge) on or before 5th of the current month to avoid late fine.
- Children are not allowed to wear gold ornaments or bring any valuables.
- No child is allowed to leave the school premises during the school hours without the permission of the authority.
- Other than authorized persons, any other person must bring a note from the parents / guardians and the duplicate identity card provided by the school to receive the child.
- Parents/ Guardian should inform the school authority if there is any change in their address and phone number.
- Any child suffering from infectious diseases will not be allowed to attend classes till recovery. A medical certificate is essential at the time of rejoining the classes.
