Modern Crèche and Preschool was established in 1995 under the aegis of Sishu Bikash Kendra, a society registered under Societies Act XXI 1860, at its permanent complex at 3B, 1st Bye Lane on the Right, Maniknagar, R. G. Baruah Road, Guwahati 781005, Assam.

Our professionally designed Crèche and Preschool for Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE) Program has being providing comprehensive affordable services in childcare, health, nutrition, play and early learning within a protective and enabling environment to children from 6 months to 8 yrs since 1995. Our approach is based on some of the best recommendations of Ministry of Women & Child Development- Government of India ECCE Policy, ICDS objectives— Directorate of Social Welfare, Government of Assam, Early Childhood Development (ECD) objectives of UNICEF and very recently Ministry of Education Govt. of India’s NEP 2020.
